WhatsApp have revealed their new policy to share user’s data with Facebook and other companies. Which is causing users to switch to alternative platforms like Telegram and Signal. Million of users are joining other messaging apps in recent days. WhatsApp’s updated policy allow to share users data, including location and phone numbers with Facebook and Other Companies.
WhatsApp forced users to accept new policy to continue use WhatsApp and its services which is causing users to move on alternative platform. So users are joining Telegram and Signal. Telegram and Signal are top alternative of WhatsApp. They committed to protect user’ privacy and security.
Telegram also have record number of users sign up in a day which is 25 millions in a day. As Telegram founder says “This is a significant increase compared to last year, when 1.5M new users signed up every day. We’ve had surges of downloads before, throughout our 7-year history of protecting user privacy. But this time is different”.
Telegram is first one which is alternative of WhatsApp. Its committed to users for their privacy and security with great alternative features which are limited on WhatsApp.
Telegram now have 600 millions active users right now and continue increase numbers.

Another alternative platform Signal is getting 1 million new users everyday. Record number of users are joining Signal to boycott WhatsApp’s new policy.
“People no longer want to exchange their privacy for free services. They no longer want to be held hostage by tech monopolies that seem to think they can get away with anything as long as their apps have a critical mass of users” as Signal founder Pavel Durov said.
Signal also confirmed that their server have more loads due to suddenly increasing record number of users on their platform. But have already resolved issue on their services which is causing servers down. Now their servers are ready for new users sign up load.
